The Impact of Movement We are inspired by travel and activism to try to create change in different ways including through film documentation. This has led to opportunities in which we have lent a hand to the process of film making of several documentaries. Our approach integrates family systems, narrative, emotion focused therapy (EFT) and Solution-Focused, cognitive behavioral therapies; and uses play therapy techniques and expressive arts when working. We have extensive training in (CBT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and combines Mindfulness Based strategies within CBT as it is also an essential component of our approach to assisting clients to work through emotional upheaval and cope with the challenges of daily life. We are pleased to work with adults, couples, youth, and families.
